Kinga Biernat

Kinga started climbing as a child, back when a session at a Kraków climbing wall cost 8 złoty :D

She kept developing her skills and broadening her horizons, and during her studies she first tried mountain climbing. It fell on fertile ground: she joined the PZA Youth Group, then the national team, and in the following years became an active alpinist. Last year she also qualified as a Sport Climbing Instructor of the Polish Mountaineering Association.

She values versatility, is open to new challenges and projects, and is curious about the world. So far, that passion has taken her to rock and mountain areas around the globe, including Wadi Rum, Yosemite, Peru, the Alps and the frozen waterfalls of Norway.
