1.2. Climbing is a dangerous sport that poses a risk of injury or death to the climber and to third parties, even when all safety measures are observed.

(hereinafter individually referred to as the “Organiser” or collectively as the “Organisers”).
1.4. The party to the training services agreement with the Participant is the Organiser who runs the given course or has been assigned to handle the given booking. Information about the specific Organiser and the payment details are provided to the Participant at the booking stage or in the email confirming the application.
2. Course organisation and qualifications
2.1. Courses are run directly by Organisers who hold the appropriate professional qualifications (climbing instructors) and a valid third-party liability (OC) insurance policy.
2.2. Each Organiser/Instructor holds valid climbing instructor third-party liability (OC) insurance.
2.3. During the course, the instructor oversees the safety of the participants. The Participant is strictly obliged to follow the instructor’s instructions regarding climbing and safety. Otherwise, the Organiser has the right to remove the Participant from the course without a refund.
3. Insurance and liability
3.1. The Organisers do not provide Participants with personal accident insurance (NNW).
3.2. Participants are obliged to hold their own insurance policy covering high-risk sports/climbing.
3.3. The Participant takes part in the course at their own risk and acknowledges that, even under the supervision of an instructor and with all safety rules observed, climbing involves a risk of injury or death. This does not exclude the Organiser’s liability to the extent arising from mandatory provisions of law.
4. Payments and bookings
4.1. The Participant is required to pay a booking fee (deposit), which is non-refundable if the Participant withdraws for reasons attributable to them (exceptions: documented illness, injury or an unforeseeable event).
4.2. The booking fee must be paid to the bank account of the designated Organiser of the given course (provided by email) within 72 hours of making the booking. Failure to pay within this period results in cancellation of the booking.
4.3. The remaining part of the course fee must be paid by bank transfer to the account of the given Organiser no later than 7 days before the start of the course.
4.4. If the agreement is concluded less than 14 days before the start of the course, the Participant consents to the commencement of the service before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the agreement. The Participant acknowledges that once the service has been fully performed by the Organiser, they lose the right to withdraw from the agreement.
4.5. A course may be purchased as a gift voucher. The validity, scope and amount are agreed individually with the selected Organiser. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.6. In the event of very bad weather conditions preventing the safe conduct of outdoor sessions for the entire duration of the course, the Organiser undertakes to set a new date for the sessions or an alternative form of delivering the programme (e.g. an indoor climbing wall).
5. Health requirements and attendance
5.1. The Participant declares that they have no health contraindications to climbing.
5.2. The Participant is obliged to inform the Organiser/Instructor (by email or phone before the course) of any past injuries, traumas and medical conditions that may affect the course of the training – in particular spinal injuries, cardiac or neurological problems, or pregnancy.
5.3. The instructor has the right to refuse admission to, or exclude from, the sessions any person under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication impairing psychophysical fitness, or whose state of health endangers safety – without a refund.
5.4. The Participant is obliged to arrive punctually at the meeting point. Sessions follow the programme – selective participation is not possible.
5.5. The Participant consents to receiving first aid from the instructor or other appointed services if necessary.
6. Outdoor sessions, equipment and logistics
6.1. Sessions take place outdoors (on rock). If weather conditions prevent outdoor activity, the programme may be delivered at an indoor climbing wall.
6.2. For sessions at a climbing wall, the Participant covers the cost of the entry ticket and travel at their own expense and undertakes to comply with the rules of the facility.
6.3. A Participant using their own equipment declares that it holds valid certifications and is in full working order.
6.4. When using equipment provided by the Organiser, the Participant undertakes to use it for its intended purpose. In the event of loss or deliberate damage to the equipment, the Participant bears the cost of its replacement or repair.
6.5. A course takes place if at least 2 participants have signed up. The maximum number of participants per instructor is 4.
7. Personal data protection (GDPR)
7.1. The Controller of the Participant’s personal data is the Organiser (indicated in point 1.3 of these Terms) with whom the Participant concludes the agreement for participation in the course.
7.2. In matters relating to bookings made through the szkoleniawspinaczkowe.pl website, and in order to handle applications efficiently, the Organisers may act as Joint Controllers of data to the extent necessary to assign the Participant to the appropriate instructor and date.
7.3. Personal data (first name, surname, email address, phone number and, where applicable, invoicing details) are processed solely for the purposes of:

8.2. Consent to the use of the image may be withdrawn at any time by sending a message to the Organiser’s email address.
