1.3. In matters concerning personal data protection, you can write to kontakt@szkoleniawspinaczkowe.pl or directly to the relevant Organiser.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Contact form: first name and surname, email address, subject and content of the message.
2.2. Course booking: first name and surname, phone number, email address, a description of your climbing experience, and declarations of acceptance of the terms and awareness of the risk.
2.3. Technical data: IP address (among other things, to limit abuse of the forms) and, once consent is given, cookies and Google Analytics analytical data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
3.1. Replying to a message sent via the contact form — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the address in point 1.3. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
3.2. Handling the booking and performing the agreement for the provision of training services — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3.3. Legal and accounting obligations related to the course — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
3.4. Establishing, pursuing or defending claims and protecting the forms against abuse — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3.5. Website analytics (Google Analytics) — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given in the cookie banner). Refusing consent does not restrict the use of the website.
4. Recipients of data
4.1. Data may be entrusted to the providers we use to run the website:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting,
- Neon Inc. — database,
- Resend Inc. — sending emails,
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Analytics, only after consent to analytical cookies.
4.2. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR are applied, in particular standard contractual clauses.
4.3. Data are not sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes.
5. Retention period
5.1. We keep messages sent via the contact form for as long as necessary to reply and close the matter, and thereafter no longer than the limitation period for any claims.
5.2. We keep data related to a course booking for the period required by tax law — as a rule, 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the service was performed.
5.3. Consent to analytical cookies remains valid until it is withdrawn (the “Cookies” link in the footer) or until the cookies are deleted in the browser.
6. Rights of the data subject
6.1. You have the right to access your data, to rectify and erase them, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw consent.
6.2. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), the Polish supervisory authority.
6.3. Providing data in the contact form and when booking a course is voluntary, but necessary to handle the enquiry or booking. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing and do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
7. Cookies
7.1. The website uses cookies for functional purposes and — with consent — analytical purposes (Google Analytics).
7.2. We enable analytical cookies only after you click “Accept” in the banner. You can change your choice at any time in the website footer.
7.3. The course Terms contain summary information about cookies. This policy is the proper place for details of data processing on the website.
